Asleep again...

I fell asleep again. (just take a look...look at my body, my brain, my house, my relationships)
I wake up. I look in the mirror and see the reflection of the fat chick is back.

Gadamit. The voices have started now too. I hear them. They are accusatory. Pompous. All knowing. They assure me that I am indeed unworth the effort. Not even "unworthy"...because we'd have to add the "y". Too much damn energy. To add it. Or to ask the question.

Quit being so dramatic, you ridiculous child. Buck up. Wake up. Get over it.

Seriously...what a waste.

Shut up, Deb. Close your eyes. Go back to bed. If you have nothing nice to say...don't. Smile and march onward or blend in.

Why bother with with anger. You're not worth that and everyone is just so very tired of you. G'nite.
Sweet dreams, fat chick.

Maybe if I eat enough I'll just explode...

So I was thinking about the reasons that my brain may be using for it's covert actions that are leading to my destruction.

Here's a couple...
1. If I continue to shoot out the compulsive "just eat, it'll make you feel better" message, perhaps she'll find a way to explode.
She's pissed off. But she's only just learning to shout and be real grumpy without the fear of abandonment. Until she learns that one, may just actually EXPLODING her body through stuffing it full of food will be a good alternative. Not sure how else this dizzy broad is gonna GET this.

2. If I keep sending reminders to her in the form of "brain shivers" she'll remember that NOT taking her psych meds, although probably the right thing to do, will cause her to question that concept. Dizzy is as dizzy does. Random volts of electricity to the brain will be not only disorienting but disheartening. Maybe she'll realize that she really IS broken after all...not just in her soul, her metal health, but physically also. these physical manifestations are just an important alert that she must need to medicate her brokenness.

3. Psych. I, as your brain, have spent years attempting to analyze, dissect and resolve everything that others have told you were an issue with you. Turns out...if you'd ignored me, might have made things easier.

Laugh and the world may laugh at you. But at least you had a good laugh.

Wait...is this really how one "blogs"? I think I'll get better. Can't be sure though.
And really, is "better" the goal here anyway?

Boom.

Wait, false alarm. I didn't really explode. Yet.
